Receta Banana Walnut Pie *

Ingredientes
- 1 x 9" pie shell unbaked
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine soften
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar packed
- 2 Tbsp. flour ds salt
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts coarsely minced
- 2 c. bananas thickly sliced about 3 medium
Direcciones
- Prepare pie shell. Set aside. Cream together butter, brown sugar, flour and salt. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in corn syrup and vanilla till well blended. Arrange bananas in pie shell. Sprinkle walnuts over bananas. Pour in mix. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min or possibly till crust is browned and filling is set. Cold before cutting.
