Ingredientes

  • 4-5 pound brisket
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 bay leaf crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Trim excess fat from meat, rub salt into meat. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs or possibly till tender.
