  1. Sprinkle both sides of meat with the 3 salts. Brush liberally with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in heavy duty foil and bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hrs. Remove brisket from liquid and slice against the grain. Chill if not serving till later. Otherwise mix and heat Heinz Sauce, catsup and brown sugar. Pour over sliced brisket. Note: I use small dinner rolls as sandwiches.
