Receta Bar B Que Beef Brisket

Ingredientes
- 1 4/5 pound brisket, boned and trimmed
- Celery salt
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- Liquid Smoke
- 1 bottle Heinz Hickory Smoke Bar-B-Que Sauce
- 1 sm. bottle catsup
- 1-2 tbsp. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Sprinkle both sides of meat with the 3 salts. Brush liberally with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in heavy duty foil and bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hrs. Remove brisket from liquid and slice against the grain. Chill if not serving till later. Otherwise mix and heat Heinz Sauce, catsup and brown sugar. Pour over sliced brisket. Note: I use small dinner rolls as sandwiches.
