Receta Bar B Q Beef Brisket

Ingredientes
- 5 to 7 pound beef brisket
- 2 ounce. liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounce. Bar-B-Q sauce
Direcciones
- Put brisket in heavy duty foil in a pan. Pour on liquid smoke. Sprinkle with the seasoned salts. Cover tightly and chill overnight.
- Uncover 7 hrs before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Rewrap in foil. Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hrs. Uncover and pour Bar-B-Q sauce over top. Recover and bake 1 additional hour. Let stand 1/2 hour before slicing.
