Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. onions, minced
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green peppers, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. diced pork (left over from roast)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in butter and add in celery and peppers. Cook 10 min. Add in next 7 ingredients. Cook 15 min. Add in diced pork and simmer 5 - 10 min. Serve warm on buns.
