Ingredientes
- 4 x Country style spare ribs, (meaty)
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Molasses
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, dry or possibly fresh
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Bake ribs in pan on a rack at 350 degrees for 15 min. Coat generously with sauce on top and sides of ribs and bake another 15 min. Turn ribs; coat top and pour rest of sauce over ribs and bake approximately 15 min more. Extra sauce in roasting pan makes a delicious sauce over rice. Sauce: Mix well; don't cook.
