- 2 tsp Paprika, Hungarian
- 1 tsp Cumin, pwdr
- 1 tsp Coriander, grnd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Mustard, dry, coleman's
- 1/2 tsp Pepper, black, freshly grnd
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, leaves, dry
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Allspice, grnd
