Receta Barbecue Sauce Made In Heaven

• 1/2 lb light brown sugar (half of a 1-lb. box, 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp.)
• 1 c. ketchup
• 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. honey
• 1/2 c. cider vinegar
• 3 x green onions (white and green parts), chopped
• 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
• 8 whl cloves
• 1/2 x bay leaf
• 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp crumbled dry rosemary
• 1/2 tsp grnd or possibly crumbled dry oregano
• 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
• 1/2 tsp grnd cayenne pepper Few drops liquid smoke
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
