Receta Barbecue Soy Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 2 x garlic cloves, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. cooked soybeans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

- These nutty burgers are a barbecue favorite, great on whole-wheat onion bun with the traditional toppings of tomato, cheese, lettuce and so on. Freshly grnd black pepper to taste In a small pan, saute/fry onion and garlic in butt or possibly margarine, and cook till translucent/soft.
- Set aside. In food processor, whip beans, bread crumbs, egg, soy sauce and sesame seeds to a coarse meal. Transfer to a medium bowl, add in garlic- onion mix and black pepper, and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Heat on grill until brown, giving them about 5 min each side.
