Receta Barbecued Beef Buns

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Cooked Beef Strips, 2 X 1/4"
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 c. Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Butter Or possibly Regular Margarine
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 med Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 2 slc Lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 c. Water
- 8 x Hamburger Buns
Direcciones
- Combine all of the ingredients, except the hamburger buns, in a 4-qt Dutch oven. Cook over high heat till the mix comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25 min or possibly till the mix thickens.
- Remove the lemon slices. Pour into a container, cover and chill.
- TO SERVE:Hot over medium heat and serve in the hamburger buns.
