- 1 frying chicken, cut in pcs
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 or possibly 3 green onions, sliced including tops
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Clove of crushed garlic

- Marinate chicken pcs overnight in other ingredients, in a heavy plastic bag. Turn several times. Grill chicken pcs over charcoal outdoors till done. Use tongs to turn chicken as it cooks for even browning.
