Receta Barbecued Corn With Chili Butter

Ingredientes
- 12 x ears corn unhusked
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 2 Tbsp. warm sauce
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Peel back husks; remove corn silk. Bring husks up and tie with kitchen string. Soak corn in cool water for 30 min.
- Beat remaining ingredients together till smooth; set aside.
- Grill corn over medium heat for 25 min or possibly till corn is tender, turning often. Remove husks. Serve with butter mix.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
- Comments: For variety, add in one of the following to 1/2 c. soft butter: 3 Tbsp. brown mustard and 1 Tbsp. horseradish; or possibly 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce.
