Ingredientes
- 4 to 5 lbs. brisket or possibly roast
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 to 3 1/2 ounce. bottle liquid smoke
- 1 c. barbeque sauce
Direcciones
- Mix all seasonings except barbeque sauce. Spread on both sides of meat. Marinate overnight, turning once. Bake at 275 degrees for five hrs. Serve with barbeque sauce.
