- 1/2 c. Minced carrots
- 1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 3 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 5 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Barley
- 4 tsp Vegtable broth pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
