Receta Basic Blueberry Pie Filling

Ingredientes
- 4 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch or possibly 6 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients in saucepan. Add in water gradually. Bring to a boil, add in blueberries and cook 3 or possibly 4 min till clear and thickened, stirring constantly but carefully to prevent berries from crushing. Remove from heat, add in lemon juice. Use in recipes calling for blueberry pie filling.
