  • 1 1/2 lb Fresh broccoli, cut up
  • 1/4 c. American cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Mushroom soup, (7&1/2 ounce.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Sundried tomatoes, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Cheese crackers, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place broccoli in gallon or possibly jumbo zip-lock plastic bag. Close, leaving one end vented open about 1 to let steam escape. Place bag in microwave. Cook on hi for a few minutes. until broccoli is tender crisp.
  3. In mixing bowl, combine cheese, coup, lowfat milk, mayo & sundried tomatoes.
  4. Stir. Set aside. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart. Casserole. Add in cheese mix to broccoli. Stir until well incorporated. Top broccoli mix w/ crushed crackers bake until heated through.
  5. Approximately 17 min.
