Receta Mostaccioli Broccoli Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 3/4 c. mostaccioli or possibly penne macaroni
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 c. cooked, liquid removed (cut up) broccoli
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Cook mostaccioli according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cool water.
- 2. In medium saucepan, heat butter. Stir in flour till blended.
- 3. Add in lowfat milk. Cook till thickened, stirring constantly.
- 4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic pwdr, thyme and nutmeg. Remove from heat.
- 5. In large bowl, combine mostaccioli, cheese sauce and broccoli.
- 6. Spoon into 12x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top.
- 7. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 to 15 min till thoroughly heated. Makes 12 accompaniment servings.
