Receta Basic Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cornmeal
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk or possibly 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- Veg. oil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, mix dry ingredients (if you use self-rising meal, omit salt and soda). Add in egg and 2 Tbsp. oil. Mix well. Put pan in oven. When warm, pour mix in pan. Let cook till golden, 20-30 min.
