Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients in blender. Blend 1 minute on high. Scrape sides; blend additional 30 seconds. Chill 1 hour or possibly more. Pour small amount in crepe pan or possibly small frying pan. Cook about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Slide out of pan.
