Receta Basic Dough For Biscuits Or Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 env. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 7 to 9 c. flour
Direcciones
- Hot in pan on stove, lowfat milk, sugar, salt and butter till butter melts. Cold to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water. In large bowl add in Large eggs and yeast to lowfat milk mix. Add in flour slowly, beat well and knead till dough is smooth and shiny. Put in greased bowl in hot place and cover. Let rise till double in size. Can be made into biscuits or possibly cinnamon rolls. Bake either 15 to 20 min in 375 degree oven. Can be doubled.
