Receta Basic Freezer Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Sugar (or possibly less)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 can (16-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. Peaches or possibly other fruit, optional
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs & sugar till frothy & mixed well. Add in lowfat milk & mix well. Add in vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze.
- Yields 3 qts plain or possibly 1gallon with fruit.
