- 4 x garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. water
Direcciones
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, basil, oregano, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil and whisk constantly till the oil is emulsified.
- 2. Use immediately or possibly store airtight in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
