Receta Curried Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
- Butter
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
- Toasted English muffins
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, celery and mushrooms in a small amount of butter in a saucepan till onion and celery are tender. Add in soups and curry pwdr. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally till heated through. Spoon over muffins. Top with egg slices.
