  1. Press 3/4 tsp. pepper into meaty sides of chiken breast halves. Combine 1/3 c. melted butter and 1/4 c. minced basil; stir well. Brush chicken lightly with melted butter mix.
  2. Combine 1/2 c. softened butter, 2 Tbsp. basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Beat at low speed of an electric mixer till mix is well blended and smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl; set aside.
  3. Grill chicken over medium coals 8 to 10 min on each side, basting frequently with remaining melted butter mix.
  4. Serve grilled chicken with basil-butter mix. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs, if you like.
  5. Serves 4.
