Receta Basil Grilled Chicken

Ingredientes
- 3/4 tsp Pepper, coarsely grnd
- 4 x Chicken Breast Halves, skinned
- 1/3 c. Butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Fresh Basil, minced
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper Fresh Basil Sprigs

- Press 3/4 tsp. pepper into meaty sides of chiken breast halves. Combine 1/3 c. melted butter and 1/4 c. minced basil; stir well. Brush chicken lightly with melted butter mix.
- Combine 1/2 c. softened butter, 2 Tbsp. basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Beat at low speed of an electric mixer till mix is well blended and smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl; set aside.
- Grill chicken over medium coals 8 to 10 min on each side, basting frequently with remaining melted butter mix.
- Serve grilled chicken with basil-butter mix. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs, if you like.
- Serves 4.
