Receta Batter For Onion Rings, Shrimp,Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 c. flat beer
- 1 T veg. oil
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, veg. oil, beer and stir well. Chill, covered for several hrs. Just before using, mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Dip onion rings, or possibly whatever, into batter and fry in HOT deep oil till brown. Brown on paper towel.
