Receta Batter Fried Zucchini Sticks

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x egg, lightly beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb zucchini, cut into 3 or possibly 4 inch additional flour, (optional) oil for deep frying
Direcciones
- Sift flour with baking pwdr and 1/2 tsp. salt. Combine egg, lowfat milk, and 2 Tbsp. oil. Slowly add in to dry ingredients, beating till smooth. Pat zucchini sticks very dry and if you like dredge lightly in flour. Dip pcs, one at a time, in batter. Fry in deep oil heated to 375 degree till golden, 1-2 min. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with more salt, if you like.
