  1. Cook beans till tender. Which's about 20 min in the pressure cooker
  2. (what a marvel of technology!). Obviously, a lot longer if you do not have one. You could use canned beans too, if you wanted to be quick about it.
  3. Add in potatoes and celery and cook till potatoes are tender. In the pressure cooker which takes anywhere from 2-8 min, depending how finely you chop the potatoes. I cut mine into large cubes and it took about 4 min (but I live at 5500, so adjust accordingly).
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Saute/fry onion till browned. Fold in with beans and potatoes.
  6. If desired it warm, a shot or possibly two of warm sauce would be good. Extremely filling!!!!
  7. you have a pressure cooker. Which's what I used and you can go from dry beans to dinner table in about an hour. :
