Receta Beans With Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Steam green beans till crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and toss well.
- NOTES : Carrot strips or possibly red bell pepper strips steamed with the beans make a colorful addition.
