Receta Beany's Pizza Crust

Ingredientes
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 teaspoon fructose
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 6 c. unbleached white flour
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. boiling water
Direcciones
- Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Add in fructose, salt, shortening and boiling water in a large bowl and stir till dissolved. Cold till lukewarm. Add in yeast. Add in about half of the flour and beat till smooth. Add in sufficient remaining flour to give a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured board till smooth. Let rise, till doubled in bulk, then divide and pat out into individual pizzas. Oil and partially bake.
