Receta Beef And Biscuit Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green chilies, optional
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon onion
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 lg. can refrigerator biscuits
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger, onion, and green chilies; drain off grease. Add in tomato sauce, chili and garlic pwdr and onion. On low heat, simmer 10 min. Separate each biscuit in two layers (thickness). Use 10 biscuits to make crust in dish. Mix 1 beaten egg, lowfat sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese; add in to meat mix. Stir well. Pour mix over biscuit layer. Put the remaining biscuits on top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min. Very good!
