Ingredientes
- 3 pound beef stew meat
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup
- 1 healthy pinch oregano
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 T oil
- Healthy pinch salt
Direcciones
- Brown stew meat. Put all ingredients in a casserole. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 hrs. Serve over rice and with popovers.
- Mix well and bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for 45 min.
