Receta Beef Bundles

Ingredientes
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frzn bread dough
- 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1/3 c. shredded carrot
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter, softened
Direcciones
- Thaw dough till soft. Brown beef; drain off fat. Add in cabbage, onion, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Cook till cabbage and onion are tender. Set aside.
- Roll dough into a 16 x 8 inch rectangle 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 8 (4 inch) squares. Spoon mix onto the center of each square. Healthy pinch edges together. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Brush with softened butter. Let rest 10 min. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min or possibly till golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
