Receta Beef Cubes In Sour Cream
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. meat from beef shank, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. grated American cheese
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Roll meat in flour; brown in warm fat. Add in onion. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover tightly and cook slowly till tender, about 2 hrs. Makes 6 servings.
