Receta Liver In Sour Cream

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Beef liver sliced 1/4"
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Beef stock
- 4 Tbsp. Butter (not margerine)
- 2 Tbsp. Dill freshly minced Salt & peppr to taste
Direcciones
- Sprinkle liver with slat & pepper, roll in flour, fry slightly on each side in butterover a medium heat. Saute/fry' onions till brown and add in to liver in deep pot. Add in the beef stock and while stirring add in the lowfat sour cream. Cover and cook 35 min over a low tp medium heat. Serve witht he sauce from the cooking poured over the liver and garnish with the freshly minced dill.
