Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 3 med. onions, cut in julienne strips
- 3 med. green pepper, cut in julienne strips
- 2 med. tomatoes, cut in julienne strips
- 1 doz. flour or possibly corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Marinate the beef in the seasonings for at least 1 hour before cooking. In large skillet heat oil, cook meat till it is tender, add in vegetables and cook till medium done. Remove from skillet and serve immediately in hot tortillas.
