Receta Beef Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 bunches scallions
- 2 Packages pepper steaks
- 1 1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
- Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. pepper
Direcciones
- Cut pepper steak into thin slices, season with the black pepper. Brown pepper steak in 2 Tbsp. of oil. Drain well. Cut scallions, then saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. of oil. Add in pepper steak and cooked rice. Add in soy sauce to your taste or possibly till very light brown.
