Receta Beef `N Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice
- 3/4 pound beef flank steak
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon bottled chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut asparagus
Direcciones
- Cook rice according to package directions. While rice is cooking, thinly slice steak on the bias into bite-size strips. Preheat a wok or possibly large skillet over high heat.
- For sauce, in a small mixing bowl stir together water, soy sauce, dry sherry, cornstarch, garlic and pepper.
- Add in oil to warm wok; add in beef, stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 min or possibly till done. Add in asparagus heat for 2 min. Stir sauce in for 1 minute more. Serve over rice.
