Receta Beef 'N Onion Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef cubes
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, crushed
- 1 c. celery, cut in 1" pcs
- 8 sm. white onions
Direcciones
- In heavy pan, brown beef in shortening; pour off fat. Add in broth and thyme. Cover; simmer 1 hour. Add in celery and onions. Cover; cook 45 min longer or possibly till tender. Gradually blend 1/4 c. water into 2 Tbsp. flour; slowly add in to sauce. Cook; stir till thickened. 6 servings.
