- 3 - 4 pound beef short ribs
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. fat
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Direcciones
- Brown ribs in warm fat in Dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till tender, turning occasionally. Yields 6 servings.
