Receta Beef 'N' Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 pound chuck roast, cooked and shredded
- 1 (16 ounce.) can of mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce.) can of carrots
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 lg. onion
- Soy sauce to taste
Direcciones
- Cook roast and save 1 c. broth. Cut mushrooms and carrots into strips, chop onion. Saute/fry in butter. Add in soy sauce. Cook rice in 1 c. broth and 1 c. water. Take shredded roast mix with veggies. Add in to rice and serve.
