Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin, 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 pound mushroom caps
- 1 lg. green pepper, cut into wedges
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into wedges
Direcciones
- Combine sauce ingredients and marinate meat in sauce at least 2 hrs. Alternate meat, vegetables and fruit on skewers. Grill 8 to 10 min, 3 to 5 inches from coals or possibly till desired doneness. Baste often with sauce.
