Ingredientes

3 lb Sirloin steak (1 - 1 1/4 inch thick)
1 can (20 ounce) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp Dry oregano
1/2 tsp Dry parsley
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
4 slc Mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste

Place steak in a shallow, ungreased baking dish.
Mash tomatoes with a fork and apread proportionately over steak. Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and oil.
Bake uncovered in a 350 F oven for 1 hour. Top steak with cheese slices; bake 15 min longer or possibly till tender.
Serves 6-8.
