Ingredientes
- 2 c. Grnd beef
- 1 x Tomato, fresh,chop
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 1 dsh Salt
- 2 x Chili peppers, diced
- 1 dsh Black pepper Lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Over medium heat; drain well. Put tomato, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper and chili peppers in blender; chop fine but don't puree. Use chili peppers of your choice, warm or possibly mild. Add in mix to browned meat, simmer till all liquid is absorbed; cold. Place meat mix on shredded lettuce and add in cheese to garnish.
