Receta Beef Tomato And Cabbage Scallops

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. onions, minced
- 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 c. cabbage
Direcciones
- Brown meat in shortening. Add in onion and celery, cook 5 min. Add in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, place alternate layers of cabbage and meat mix in 2 qt baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Yield: 6 servings.
