Receta Beef With Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredientes
- 6 c. cooked rice or possibly noodles
- 2 x carrots, sliced thin
- 1/2 head broccoli, sliced thin
- 1/2 head small cabbage, shredded
- 4 tsp water
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil for glaze
- 4 tsp sesame oil for stir frying
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 sm white onion, sliced thin
- 2 lb beef thinly sliced (boneless top sirloin)
Direcciones
- Prepare rice or possibly noodles according to package directions. Slice and steam carrots and broccoli 6-8 min until just tender. Add in shredded cabbage and steam for 2 additional min. Set aside.
- Fold in small bowl: water, garlic, cornstarch, oyster sauce, 2 tsp. oil and pepper. Heat the wok with a medium flame, then add in 4 tsp. of oil.
- Stir-fry onions till fragrant. Turn the heat to high, add in the beef. Once browned, add in the glaze mix and stir fry till beef is well cooked.
- Assemble the dish on a platter. Start with a bed of rice or possibly noodles surrounded by the steamed vegetables; top with beef and teriyaki glaze.
- Serves4.
