Receta Belgian Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 2/3 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 3 x Egg, slightly beaten
Direcciones
- In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt; mix well. Heat lowfat milk, water and butter till very hot (120 f-130 ); butter does not need to heat completely. Add in hot liquid to flour mix. Add in Large eggs. Blend at low speen until moistened; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Cover with plastic wrap and foil; chill several hour or possibly overnight.
