  1. Sprinkle yeast over hot lowfat milk, stirring to dissolve. Beat egg yolks and add in to yeast mix. Add in vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Add in to liquid mix. Stir in melted butter and combine thoroughly. Beat egg whites till stiff, and carefully fold into batter. Let mix stand in a hot place for about 45 min or possibly till it doubles in bulk. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
