Receta Bell Pepper Relish

Ingredientes
- 12 x green bell peppers
- 12 x red bell peppers
- 12 med onions
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
Direcciones
- Remove cores and seeds from peppers and chop finely. Peel onions and chop finely. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 min.
- Drain and add in the vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour into warm, sterilized jars and seal. Process 5 min.
- This recipe yields 6 pints.
- Yield: 6 pints
