Ingredientes
- 6 lb green apples peeled, quartered, cored
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dry currants
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in heavy 3-qt saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low till apples are tender, stirring occasionally, about 45 min.
- Serves 8.
