Ingredientes
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 3-4 T mayonnaise
- 2 T horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoon vinegar
- White pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Half hard cooked large eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork. Add in the rest of the ingredients to mashed yolks mixing to desired consistency and taste. Re-fill egg whites with mix. Dot with paprika.
